When compiling a wish-list for our dream home, most of us would make sea views a priority.
The owners of this house commissioned Don Nelson Architecture to design their modern, Mediterranean-style home on a prime site overlooking Tauranga Harbour.
Having seen another recent Don Nelson design, they were keen to achieve a similar look, but they also had a number of specific design requirements.
Among them was the desire for ground-floor, open-plan living areas that provided access to the pool, garden and outdoor entertaining area.
